Mark Smith
I have worked within Careers / University education, information, advice and guidance as both a Careers Adviser, senior manager & consultant for over 20 years. Working with many high performing schools around the world including Oxford High School, Radley College, Malvern College, Millfield and many other wonderful schools in the UK.
Internationally I have worked in many high performing schools in Asia, South East Asia, The Middle East, Africa and Europe, including Harrow Schools in Bangkok and Hong Kong, The British International School (BIS) Cairo, BIS Paris, BIS Kuala Lumpur, Kellett Hong Kong, to name just a small number. I have presented on careers topics at national conferences in the UK and at international events.
I studied Business in Newcastle and in 2000 gained a Post Graduate Diploma in Careers Guidance from the University of Huddersfield and have continued to gain qualifications as part of my professional development.

Karen Watkins
I have worked in the field of careers guidance since 2008 and have a wealth of experience advising on the university sector internationally. I have conducted careers guidance activities in many of the top schools in the UK, including Malvern College, Millfield, Radley College, Shiplake College and many others. During this time I have also worked in many of the top international schools in Europe, Asia and the Middle East, such as Harrow, Kellett Hong Kong and BIS Paris .
Prior to this I spent 18 years in the oil and chemical industry in a variety of positions including research and development, business management and acquisitions and investments. This has given me first-hand knowledge of a wide variety of careers. During this time I was also heavily involved in both graduate recruitment and staff development.
I have a degree in chemistry, a Diploma in Marketing and a Postgraduate Diploma in Careers Guidance.
